NACH cancellation
To cancel or change a NACH / ECS mandate on an active loan, speak to the branch that holds your file. Do not stop a mandate without telling us — it can mark the loan overdue.
How to raise a request
Walk into your branch with the loan account number and registered mobile, or lodge a request on the grievance form. We confirm the change in writing.
If the loan is still running
Cancelling NACH does not close the loan. You will need another approved repayment method (cash at branch, UPI link, or a fresh mandate) so instalments do not bounce.
