• Loan for Salaried & Self Employed borrowers
• Loan amount from 1 lakh to 6 lakh.
• Tenure from 1 year to 8 year.
• Borrower should have a bank account.
• Customer should be more than 25 year of age and not more than 65
  year at the time of loan maturity.
• Should be residing in a city where Perfect Finance has an office.
• Guarantor as per decision by the underwriting team.
• All the owners of the financed property and all individuals whose income
  has been considered for the loan have to be the co-applicants to the loan.
• Client’s Property should not be in our negative area list.
• Purpose of loan should be constructive and economically productive.
• Client’s property should not be mortgaged already, and client should be in the
  possession of property.
• Property should be in client’s name. If the property to be mortgaged is a parental
  property, client must obtain NOC from all the possible beneficiaries of the property.
• In case of GPA property, it must be self-occupied.
• Loans can be taken for the following end uses :
  •Purchase/Acquisition/Renovation of property
  •Higher Education of children
  •Marriage of the Kids or Family Members
  •Medical expenses of family
  •Travel Purpose
  •Balance Transfer of existing Loan against Property
  •Any other lawful end use

The top-up loan is offered to customers who have an existing relationship with the lender, have a good credit score and have repayment ability. A top-up loan is treated as an extension to the current loan and can be obtained to meet different purposes such as home furnishing, funding children’s education expenses, or for meeting other emergency expenses. The qualifying criteria for the top-up loan will be the same as the requirements for the house loan / LAP of Perfect Finance. However, the following are some critical considerations to remember:

• In the previous year, there should have been no more than one EMI bounce.
• If an EMI bounced, it should be resolved before the next EMI is due.
• The general criteria are as follows
  • Age range: 21 to 65 years
  • Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian nationality
  • Individuals that are salaried or self-employed
